Each time that I have had issues that I was not able to solve, I was able to reach out to Kronos support and they were able to solve the problem.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Kronos is used across our whole organization. It has been extremely beneficial to everyone. The system's easy to navigate and helps to pinpoint discrepancies between timekeeping and payroll, seeing as we utilize a different system for payroll. Since the implementation, I have conducted several classes for our employees. They agree that the system is easy to use and easy to understand.

Pros and Cons

Kronos captures time keeping accurately.
Kronos is easy to navigate and understand. I am amazed at how easy it is to navigate and explain the systems features. Even the less computer savvy employees can login and access their accounts.
For a system administrator, I always have access to refresh my memory on how to navigate through the system if I forget. The my learning feature is great.
The kiosks are easy to navigate.

It may be the way our system is set up but I believe that that kiosk could have more features such as viewing time sheets and viewing the last punches.
