Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

There have been several instances where we have made inquiries about additional options that were not available. Also, we have run into scenarios that were not explained to us correctly upon implementation.
A majority of our field employees utilize Kronos Workforce Ready to quickly and easily clock in and out using the mobile app feature. Our office employees utilize the desktop version. Management also uses Kronos to auto generate weekly reports for various reconciliation and accounting purposes.
  • Accessible from anywhere that your cell phone can obtain a signal
  • GPS tracking option allows us to confirm employees are on site when they claim to be
  • Easy to use, run and read reports
  • Some features are "dumbed down" and the capability could be better
  • Time change request option could be simplified
  • Finding the mobile app in the app stores can be difficult since it is not under "Kronos" as one would assume
  • Staff productivity - One touch reports generating
  • Reduced payroll errors due to elimination of paper time sheets
  • Reduced payroll errors due to automatic generation of payroll import file versus manual entry
Kronos appeared more user friendly and offered us the valued options that the other time and attendance systems we looked at did not. We have 150 employees working in the field and wanted to ensure they had a system that was user friendly and easy to use while being cost effective for us as well as allowing us to maintain government compliance.
