Overall Satisfaction with Lattice
We use Lattice as a update and management tool, we make use of the weekly update features as well as the grow and 1-2-1 sections. In addition to this we also utilise the functionality of goals which helps us set OKRs across the business and enable end users to see the impact the goals they are assigned affect the team, department and the overall business OKRs.
- Grow - enables to set indivduals progress and track
- Goals - allows you to set goals from indivdual upto company goals
- 1-2-1's - there are standard templates as well as custom templates you can apply.
- Updates - you can set up so users submit updates at the end of the week with some good templates you can use.
- more notifications around 1-2-1's
- adding other documents to the different areas
- shows % of meetings etc if linked to calendar
- Annual or Bi Annual review thats summarise previous 1-2-1s or actions from last reviews.
- OKRs - has pushed the business in the right direction to set OKRs from the top level
- Performance Reviews - these were hit and miss previously and not always completed but having Lattice and the ability for the SMT to see reporting on who hasnt completed has greatly increase the responsiblity of the managers.
- Grow - Having this has meant the company has ensured all employees have a growth plan regardless of their level of seniority.
Lattice outperforms PeopleHR for a people development system, we continue to use PeopleHR for the HR functionality of the system but rather than having everyone upload their document with no real tracking on is one of the main reasons we have chosen to adopt Lattice. Lattice is by far one of the best people tools i have used to date in my 15 year manager career.
