Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
We utilize Less Annoying CRM to keep track of sales leads from conventions and our current client database, as well as the manufacturers and vendors that we work with. The calendar is fully integrated, meaning you can isolate your own calendar (including the ability to hide it from other users) or have everyone's activities shown together using different color labels. I really appreciate being able to log emails into the CRM without even opening the software.

- It is user friendly and atheistically pleasing. Makes it easy for beginners to navigate and utilize from the start
- The software is compatible with Mail Chimp and many other apps, which eliminated our need to double up on data entry

- We've been 100% satisfied. The few ideas that we have contacted them about were already in their developmental stages to be beta tested and added, so they were ahead of the curve.

- Because it's web-based, we can be at our desk or on the road and still have the full functionality of the CRM at our fingertips, which helps us keep focusing on sales!
We just felt like ACT was being to feel archaic and simply for storage of information. I was tasked with finding an alternative, and found Less Annoying CRM while searching and comparing options. This will probably be my lasting legacy long after I retire from the company! In the office, we pronounce the acronym LACRM as "la crème." In French, the phrase crème de la crème means the best of the best, and Less Annoying CRM has lived up to that billing, in our opinion!
