Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM

We use it "know" our customers relative to customer service, technical support, and target marketing. The knowledge we store in Less Annoying CRM helps us to know the customers we serve.

  • Happier employees, because the product is so easy to use
  • Easy to group customers for marketing based on ease of custom field(s) set up
  • Quick training for employees due to straight forward, common sense logic
I have used 5 separate CRM's in my career and Less Annoying CRM is the best due to it's simplicity and scope of knowledge that can be stored and retrieved. The amazing thing is it COSTS LESS. Tech support is great and you don't need to hire an outside firm to fix or set up new fields. Again amazing, there is no cost for Less Annoying CRM tech support.

It is the best CRM I've used over a 28 year period. It is SO SIMPLE to use yet it costs the least. Easy to learn. Our staff was proficient within a week of using it. Less Annoying CRM provides tutorials for basics to get started and when they add a new feature, there is a tutorial for that as well.
They are quick and friendly
With ability to customize qualifiers in CRM, we are able to:
-rank loyalty" of our customers.
-rank the proficiency of the customer's ability to install our electronic systems in order to provide end customers with the best service company to use relative to their location.
-note competitor(s) used by our customers (as well as the brands complimentary to our brand).
