Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing
We use Lifesize across the whole organization, in particular we use the Icon 400 and 600 versions. They are installed in meeting rooms in all of our branch offices, and we also have a couple of them at our HQ office. We also use 3 Windows/Mac clients to connect to meetings. All of them work like a charm and have excellent video/sound quality as long you have steady internet access. They don't require too much bandwidth, just a steady connection.
We've been using Icons for 3 years now, and we are very happy with them.

- An easy way to start meetings with a click of a button.
- A second generation phone that is paired with the Icons is the way to go. They deliver excellent sound quality and also improved utilization with the touchscreen controls.
- Lifesize Cloud is the perfect solution to deploy multi-time systems across the world.
- Add more utilities for the account admins.
- Improve the web browser clients.
- Improve the Lifesize Cloud renewal process. It would be very good to have a web portal where we can view/renew existing cloud contracts.
- It reduced our meeting travel costs by 70%
- Individuals can use their time to do useful things besides driving from one point to another to assist a meeting
- Users who have a personal codec and or have the softphone installed have no need to move from their desk to attend a meeting

Sometimes there is auto reboot, so they are self maintained devices. We have had these working since 2014 and we continue to add more devices to our network once in a while.

50 - Administration, operation, and commercial functions use it. Basically any individual from the organization can use and manage video calls to fulfill their needs for communication. The administration team uses Lifesize for meetings about financials, the operation team communicates with branch plants to assist and resolve machinery/equipment issues, and the commercial team uses it to have phone meetings. Now, they have video meetings to plan the commercial strategy to follow.

Yes - It works like a charm and has the same usability as the device codecs. Basically, they have the same functions and are very easy to use, just open your mobile app. It doesn't matter if you're IOS or Android because both work perfectly and are being updated very frequently. I have used it in my phone and tablet. They even have a Windows app for your laptop or desktop computer.
