Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is used to help us locate potential candidates for short and long term consulting placements. It is used by the whole organization though some departments might lean on it more than others. It helps us locate individuals quite quickly and allows us to use search criteria that we could not input on a search engine like Google.
- Filters the results based on title
- Immediately pulls up advisors who have worked at or are currently at a company of interest
- Easy to interact with individuals using connection requests or inmails
- I do think it would be nice to filter individuals by year that they left a company
- The seniority filter results do not always encapture all of the people
- LInkedIn has made it very easy for me to locate candidates depending on the given project I am working on
- It has also increased employee efficiency as it is easier to reach out to potential networking connections or candidates for consulting
- Faster lead conversion as well
The one alternative solution that comes to mind is ZoomInfo as a tool to locate potential networking connections or people that might be interested in helping us out on a given research project. I would say a benefit of ZoomInfo is that they immediately show any direct contact emails for candidates. LinkedIn lets you inmail people but there is a chance that doesn't go directly to their email.
