Our sales team uses LinkedIn Sales Navigator to monitor people and companies in their sales territories, send InMails, and get access to otherwise restricted employee profiles.
- InMails are a great way to break through the noise of traditional email and phone calls.
- Gives access to otherwise restricted profiles.
- Tracking of leads and companies (news, title changes, etc.).
- Poor CRM sync functionality.
- No ability to pay for extra messages.
- It's hard to measure ROI without a way to sync to our CRM or pull from an API, so kind of a black box.
