Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Our sales team uses LinkedIn Sales Navigator to monitor people and companies in their sales territories, send InMails, and get access to otherwise restricted employee profiles.
  • InMails are a great way to break through the noise of traditional email and phone calls.
  • Gives access to otherwise restricted profiles.
  • Tracking of leads and companies (news, title changes, etc.).
  • Poor CRM sync functionality.
  • No ability to pay for extra messages.
  • It's hard to measure ROI without a way to sync to our CRM or pull from an API, so kind of a black box.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is helpful for our sales team to help break through the noise of traditional email and phone calls. Their account and contact monitoring and alerts help start a better conversation. LinkedIn introduced a Salesforce sync, however, it is generally very buggy so we stopped using it.
