Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
I've been using litmus for approximately eight years. Litmus helps to solve rendering issues for the various email clients out there. I worked in the business-to-business for EBG which owns the brand TicketsatWork. We sold tickets for entertainment, travel etc. Therefore the majority of emails were heading to the Outlook Inbox. Today I'm at Zumba whose client base uses general email clients. Litmus had an adequate about of references regarding this platform. From blog posts to the online community forum, this helped the email department maintain the rendering of our emails in outlook, despite the vast improvements that were happening overall regarding email technologies. This alone is worth celebrating. Let me not forget to mention your improved speed in rendering tests and the addition of what might be causing the issue for a flagged test. Truly this has helped to speed up the builds on our side. Unfortunately, you haven't increased the approval time of emails from mangers and partners. Overall what sets the company apart is community. You work with your everyone to make email experience better for all users.

I just started at this company, we use Iterable, but I don't believe they integrated it.
I'm mostly involved with development not analytics.
The ability to share email test renders does improve the workflow. It can let others know exactly where you are in the development process. They can easily see and estimate what is expected and anticipate an ETA, or easily see a rendering issue and decide whether a fix is worth pursuing.
