We use Litmus to test our outbound marketing and transactional emails in order to ensure they work cross-browser and are optimized well for mobile and desktop devices.

It has enhanced our ability to track engagement across multiple email touchpoints.
Being able to share a link for commenting and approvals makes it much simpler to share an email with a larger stakeholder group as an FYI while also allowing a smaller group to approve.
