We use it as a tool to access people's computers in order to fix and repair our software.

We use AnyDesk software sometimes when it is difficult for people to navigate how to use LogMeIn. It is helpful to have as a backup. I wish LogMeIn sometimes was simpler to use for those who do not know computers well. There are many prompts for LogMeIn and some users are not as literate and cannot figure it out. AnyDesk provides a more direct route sometimes, and we often interchange between the two. However, LogMeIn is our primary source for remote access.
