LogMeIn [Rescue] is simpler and less expensive than any competing product we have used. Other products require [a] lengthier set up and configuration before a connection could be established. Remote control and sharing are also complicated with other apps. The integrated chat feature is much easier to see and use with LogMeIn Rescue.
