Overall Satisfaction with Loom

We use Loom to make screen recordings for software tutorials and user issues for troubleshooting. As a mostly remote team this helps to address problems while cutting down on meetings.
  • Easy to setup
  • No files to manage, just a link
  • Good amount of features
  • Possible audio cleanup but that could be a user hardware issue
  • Cuts down on meetings
  • Allows us to create a collection of help vids and tutorials
  • Ease of use
  • Saves time
  • Allows us to build a resource bank of help videos
  • Allows users to visually share what their issues are
As mentioned before not a team collaboration replacement but a great tool for individual issue resolution and sharing best practice resources.

Not a collaboration replacement but a great tool for personalized communication. Sometimes it is much quicker and effective to capture things visually then share them out. Great tool for software onboarding.
