Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's very intuitive to get going on the basics for whatever you decide to use the tool for. The app is deep enough that I am still finding useful features when I find I need something more than the basics.
As a game designer, Lucidchart has been my go to tool for creating economy loop diagrams and screen flows for years now. It makes the early design process easy and allows me to work out holes in the design at a glance. It also makes it easy to convey complex systems to devs and stake holders within the design documentation or at a kickoff.

  • Time savings on thorough early designs
  • Identify issues early on paper
  • Clear presentation of complex ideas
I haven't really used any of these features.
I havent had any issues that I needed support for. You are continuing to support the app and grow its features so I'm happy

I feel Lucidchart is more intuitive. I also feel like when I have tried using Visio in the past it felt less versatile, but I could be wrong. Lucidchart is also what I have always used and Visio doesnt add enough value for me to learn a new program.
I have used it for economy flows, systems design and Screen flows for games. It works well as long as there isn't a lot connections between different objects.
