Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I believe the commentary function is not perfect. It is not possible to answer ... a comment and manage different thread discussions on one document.
We use Lucidchart for documenting the results of our development process. The diagrams are quickly built, which lowers the threshold to document achievements. These are published in our company internal database so that everybody can take a quick glimpse at them. This is essential for ... sustainable knowledge management and finally brings us closer to our goals.

  • Desktop app with enhanced performance
  • Comment function quickly gets overwhelming when many comments are added
  • Documentation
  • Clear communication
The integration with Word is great as it enhances the workflow. Other integrations haven't been tested yet by me.
The tutorials help to learn Lucidchart quickly.

I chose Lucidchart as ... others in my company use it, and the review process is said to be better due to better team features.
Drawing electrical schematics doesn't work with Lucidchart. Unfortunately, electrical connections (= nodes in this diagram) cannot be displayed, which makes all diagrams in Lucidchart unsuitable for electrical engineering tasks from my experience. This is sad as learning Lucidchart is very easy.
