Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

For the novice user who has never used this type of product or worked on these types of projects, it is far easier to use than the competition's product. For the experienced user, the superior quality and available features were a delightful surprise! Lucidchart is extremely easy to use; I recommend jumping right in and seeing what you can create on your own or with the templates.
So far, I have used Lucidchart for flowcharts and creating workflows.
My previous experience creating these types of projects was done using a more known competitor's software. I
am truly amazed at how easy and user-friendly Lucidchart is, and how much nicer the documents/files appear during development as well as the finished products. I look forward to Lucidchart for many more projects!

  • I would like more intuitive buttons for adjusting colors/text using right-click on the item.
  • I would like more color families and color gradients available without having to do it manually.
  • I would like the ability to turn on more guidance when working/starting with a blank diagram.

  • Improved understanding of our timelines and processes for our C-Suite
  • Improved demonstration of how our department contributes to the companies bottle line.
  • Increased productivity
  • Flowcharts and diagrams are much quicker to create and nicer to read.
Being able to easily collaborate in an online or remote-working environment is vital to today's business success and productivity. By Lucidchart being integrated for use with so many applications currently on the market, they make teamwork easy! All of our workforces currently work remotely due to the pandemic; using Lucidchart via our communication/collaboration applications has made the process seamless as if we were sitting in the same workspace.
Great product, great results, increased productivity and understanding of our processes, and happy customers. Need I say more?

Lucidchart is by far the most superior product when compared to the more traditional flowchart software that I have used in 31 years of my career.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Slack, OneNote
I highly recommend Lucidchart for any type of flowchart or diagram projects that you may already be reaching with the competitor's software. I was apprehensive to try this tool when my company recommended it, but am truly glad that I did! I am amazed at how easy and user-friendly Lucidchart
is and how much nicer the documents look. I look forward to using Lucidchart for more projects!
