Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's really easy to start using it, and the learning curve is not steep. As your diagram grows more complex, so does your knowledge of the tool.
Lucidchart is used across most of my organization. The uses cases vary, from technical diagrams of future or current solutions to business-related matters. In my team is mostly used for helping with the design of complex distributed solutions and for illustrating the processes we follow
  • The amount of shapes available
  • It's easy to reorganize the arrows
  • Grouping and selecting items works great
  • The arrangement of the layers of the different elements
  • When moving components linked with arrows the layout can get pretty messy in a moment.
  • Moving the document sometimes is hard.
  • It saves time and money when designing a new solution.
We don't use any integration within our team, but I see it as a powerful tool we will consider in the future.
I haven't had the need of using it. Only a couple of times I've had some doubts but I've been able to address those just by looking at the available help topics.

Yes

I haven't used the mentioned products for a long time because after using lucidchart it has suited my needs perfectly. From what I remember back then, lucidchart is easier to use.
From my particular use case, I find it pretty useful when designing complex distributed software solutions. However, I've seen it used to describe processes or timelines and it's great for that too. Perhaps when it comes to a really large solution where you have many items already linked with arrows and you want to move one, the lines take very odd paths and it can be hard to rearrange them.
