Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We've used Lucidspark to quickly plan out our approach towards new tasks within the project, as well as mapping out the current state of the software. So far it was mostly used by the IT department, but I could easily see it used across multiple teams.
  • Easy to understand.
  • Quick to prototype.
  • Easily shareable.
  • A bit limited on the amount of content in the free version.
  • Gave me an easy to read reference later during the project.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Easier to explain topics to colleagues.
You pretty much instantly know how to start drawing when you open the app.
I haven't used app integrations, but sharing a link to a board was pretty easy.
Adding, editing and removing content from a board was pretty much instantaneous, so working quickly was a breeze.
I haven't needed to contact support directly, as I did not have a specific question that couldn't be answered simply by looking quickly through the interface. This in itself means that you won't often need to contact support, which is a plus to me.
