Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We use it to aid in several scrum meetings with remote teams, including retro and refinement. We also use it for our product road maps, MoSCoW boats, and to show logic flow.

  • Simple interface that is easy to understand
  • Organization of shared documents into folders rather than [showing them] in one place. With several teams sharing documents sorting thru them could be made better.

It is very intuitive and easy to figure out how to do all sorts of things. The interface buttons will look familiar to users of most other windows applications. It [exports] to several common formats, also making it easy to download for offline usage when being online is not practical or possible.
Capable of bouncing from Lucidchart to Lucidapp documents easily.
Nothing can ever replace the ease of using a whiteboard in a face-to-face meeting, but in our new normal, that is not always possible, so this is a viable option when remote meetings are the only option.
[I] never used their support, so I cannot accurately comment on it.

It is well suited for visuals that need to be versioned. It works well with remote meetings/team collaboration.
