Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

Mailchimp is used only in the growth marketing team. We used to send newsletter campaigns to all subscribers and auto-responses to subscribers, but Mailchimp has made that process much, much easier.
  • Audience segmentations and tags.
  • Template design.
  • Template design could also be a little better.
  • Contact management.
  • Mailchimp has given us great success in getting our newsletter out!
Mailchimp beats out the competition with its great price and features.
There are a few features and templates that aren't user-friendly.
Mailchimp tags make it great to have one audience list and are excellent for those who want to have multiple campaigns based on interest. You can create tags and send lists for the selected tags.
