Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
I use mailchimp to create and maintain my organization's mailing list. I then send out email blasts and drip campaigns for the mailing list.

- sort contact by categories
- create drip campaigns
- create and send mass emails
- adding contacts could be easier (less clicks)
- I have gotten more customers since using mailchimp
Everything in one place means we only have to learn one system in order to get our work done.
I love the drip campaigns. I have had success creating these and using them to obtain and maintain clientele.
