Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Remote Access Plus
We use Remote Access Plus to easily allow us to connect to remote desktops therefore we have the ability to quickly troubleshoot and see the issues as the user sees them. It's a seamless to use product that works well straight out of the box. Integration with other systems is not difficult and the interface is quite intuitive.

Great value for money, reduces the time technicians spend trying to access remote desktops, screenshots allow us to document fixes, the ability to reach multiple platforms is essential and works really well. The ability to transfer files back and forth between the remote desktop allows patching to be achieved easily by our staff.
