We look to increase new product sales and drive growth in new markets while also upselling to existing customers. We integrate this into Salesforce.com and manage through reporting. Sales loves Marketo and we plan on using more of its functionality in the future. We would recommend a more streamlined customer service platform however.
Marketo is a leader and almost world class in this instance. Sugar CRM and Hubspot were some others that were evaluated at the time, but Marketo is a great product and we will continue to use it throughout our organization.
