Overall Satisfaction with MeetFox

I use MeetFox to provide virtual contact with clients and or business associates. I also use it to manage my calendar appointments. I find that the value add is having virtual meetings and calendar management all in one product. I also looked at zoom and acuity separately and found that MeetFox provides the best value for my business needs. My primary purpose is to use MeetFox as the main delivery service for my business needs. So having an all-in-one product provides a great value for my business.

I think MeetFox provides an outstanding combination of two separate platforms I need for my business into one easy-to-use platform. As a startup coaching business, MeetFox saves me money and time by learning one platform that provides two key features necessary for me to provide an intimate and affordable coaching service. It may not be as robust as acuity or zoom but it meets my needs for where I am. I highly recommend checking it out if you want scheduling and video conferencing on a combined platform. Plus you can’t beat the price!

MeetFox offers two must-have services for the price of one. It has a good look and feel to the platform and is easy to learn not only from the subscriber side but for your customers. Plus, MeetFox is growing and open to customer feedback and suggestions. Clients love the meeting reminder notifications as well. A great product for coaching and consulting businesses!

Evaluating MeetFox and Competitors

Yes - The free versions of Acuity and Zoom were what I was using and when it came time to add more features to my coaching service I found that I would need to purchase 2 separate subscriptions to get what I needed. MeetFox enabled me to get all the features I needed for a lower price.

PRICE. I am in startup mode and getting one platform that provides the features of two separate platforms was a win/win for me.
I wouldn't. I used the free versions of platforms that provided me with the services I needed so that I was familiar with the usability of a platform and when a consultant introduced me to MeetFox I knew it was right for me.

MeetFox Implementation

Not really. It was pretty thorough for me and my skill level.
Change management was minimal - Take advantage of meeting with a live person whenever offered because it saves you time in the future.
