Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business

Microsoft 365 Business is being used by the whole organization, it is very helpful in terms of data management. Our organization uses most of the tools from Microsoft 365 Business.
  • Helps in data storage.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a helpful CRM tool.
  • The rest of Microsoft office is also helpful in terms of data management.
  • Lync or Skype still has a lot to improve a lot, it still crashes.
  • SharePoint Online sometimes has sync issues.
  • Dynamics 365 crashes sometimes.
  • Return on investment or ROI with Microsoft 365 Business is not something I have dealt with. It is my organization, we just use the tools.
The rating is based on the glitches, crashes and the time Microsoft Office takes to load.
For our organization it is a very useful tool.
Although Microsoft 365 Business has minor bugs and issues, it is a tool which is used by our organization on a day to day basis for different types of services. I would still recommend it as it is still a very useful tool.
