Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) is used by our entire organization of 60+ employees. It is a valuable solution to our business needs. Especially during COVID-19 when many of us were working remotely, we were all able to access everything we needed from home. As a financial institution, security is an extra valuable piece since we deal with a lot of important information.
- Our marketing department uses SharePoint Online for collaboration. This is especially great for quick feedback.
- Teams is great for all communication within our office. Whether we are remote or not, getting an instant message to a coworker is easy and efficient. Also, we use Teams for video conferencing and the accessibility is simple and easy to use.
- Meeting setup is easy--booking, sharing calendars, reminders, etc. Outlook really makes sure we are on top of our schedule.
- The editor function is a great tool but it should also be included in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Automatic saving to OneDrive can be annoying sometimes when you just want to save to the local drive.
- Teams is huge within our organization. We use it for daily communication and conducting our meetings and calls.
- Outlook is important for emailing but also the calendar, scheduling meetings, and reminders.
- Word and PowerPoint are important for marketing materials and meetings.
- Positive financial impact because its a program we've consistently kept and there really isn't a better alternative.
