Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
I use it for all types of communication. Internal and external too. Used for file sharing and serves the purpose of SharePoint.
- Communication across user base.
- Servers as sharepoint.
- Supports connection to onedrive
- Not found anything to date.
- After Skype got retired, we had to move to zoom. Zoom was better, too but having teams as a replacement gave comfort.
- It's easy to use, similar to skypes. for those who were used to skype meetings.

Zoom is not bad either but having a collaboration feature and file sharing, teams have the edge over Zoom.
