Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used across the organization, though unevenly, to help brainstorm ideas by bringing together the insights of various teams in one shared workspace.
  • Present information visually.
  • Organize thoughts.
  • Ease new users in the process.
  • Going beyond just brainstorming -- other products are not as strong.
  • Needs to be easier to export, not just live in Miro.
  • Needs to be easier to navigate.
  • Drive customer insights.
  • Increase collaboration across departments.
  • Improve ability to work hybridly.
Painless. Just an easy-to-sign-on web app. Low learning curve. There isn't a true 'implementation'.
For some teams, it's the place we first start on projects. It's become instrumental. For other departments, I think they are scared off by the appearance of it and haven't yet incorporated it into their workflows. Once people use it, they become true believers.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great for brainstorming, but building things like mind maps is not really practical. Kind of limited, though it does a great job for what it was built for.
