Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it for Workshops, meetings, product design, etc. We use it as a collaboration tool to work on the same boards at the same time during video calls.
- Collaboration workspace for multiple users.
- Simple to use.
- Big space to work on.
- More built in templates that can be found faster and easier.
- Better interaction with the text and figures. It's a bit tricky to align the texts and font sizes sometimes.
- A defined size of the workspace. I still don't know what is the default zoom value.
- Meetings become more efficient (saving time and travel costs).
Access is very easy for all employees in different locations, so the knowledge transfer is very efficient.

The workspace itself is more appealing in Miro. The design is nicer, I think the colors. And you have lots of tools and functionalities that seem very useful even though I haven't really deep-dived into more than 2 of them.
