Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use this as an internal team and with external partners to virtually brainstorm and work together. Our work is highly visual, so Miro is a great tool to keep all of our different content accessible in one place, and it being online means it is accessible to everyone which is very useful to us.

  • Fast Online Platform.
  • Super Flexible.
  • Updates to navigation make it much harder to move around.
  • We find that uploading PDFs slows down Miro.
  • Better control of access to boards.
  • I don't have any stats on this.
Miro isn't really a tool you implement, you just jump in and start going.
Again, not really a tool you integrate so I give it a 10.
I work on an all-virtual team across the country so we leverage Miro quite a bit to work together. We started as a virtual team and couldn't get together for months, so Miro was critical to learning each other's working styles and effectively working together.

If you are trying to collaborate virtually, Miro can be a useful tool for you. I particularly love using it for brainstorming sessions, as well as feedback sessions since it is easy to navigate in real-time and people can continue to have access to the continued feedback. It can be a difficult tool to use if no one on a team is acting as a facilitator.
