Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Udemy uses Miro for collaboration across several different organizations that I am a part of - Product and Engineering and Sales. We use it to architect solutions and visually explain ideas for new products, as well as to roadmap product development as it relates to various parts of our product.
  • Very easy to use.
  • Intuitive - not a steep learning curve.
  • Great for remote collaboration.
  • Add additional integrations to other project management services.
  • Give the ability to add feedback directly in the product.
  • Create and embed videos directly in Miro.
  • We've been able to streamline our team's hiring process using Miro.
  • Easily share ideas and roadmap items with the team, which can help close deals.
  • Accelerate product and process development.
We could use some additional organizational education that could help drive the adoption of the best ways to use Miro.
I'll skip this question as I wasn't involved in the implementation phase.
I now have the ability to collaborate and whiteboard in real-time with my colleagues in India, Dublin, San Francisco, and elsewhere all from my home office in Atlanta, GA.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

  • Notion
Miro seems to be much more team-focused, whereas Notion is really good for personal use.
Miro is great for product teams that are working remotely and need to share ideas in a visual way. Before we started using Miro, it was really hard to visualize architectures or ideas for new products and processes. Now Miro makes it very easy to do that across various teams.
