Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our teams work fully remote so we use Miro to brainstorm ideas, define roadmaps and work together to find solutions to a particular problem (like a whiteboard that we used to have in the office before the pandemic). We use also it to prioritize tasks together as a team, helping the managers to make more conscious decisions about the roadmap ahead.
  • Usability
  • Voting system
  • Templates
  • More templates
  • Link to Jira boards
  • Better integration with Confluence.
  • Team Involvement & Motivation
  • Task refinement
  • Time to market
I did not explore the full functionalities to give a more realistic rating.
It's a tool that we use every day because we are working fully remote.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It's well suited when it's necessary to get the team involved in some sort of brainstorming or discussion, to prioritize tasks, to use as a withe board during meetings, to vote and define priorities in a release or roadmap. It's less appropriate to define relational models, workflows, pipelines, and schematics of some sort.
