Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to help drive strategic discussions across a global employee base. It allows both synchronous works during a meeting and asynchronous work during everyone’s normal working hours. We mostly use Miro during business and strategic sales discussions as a brainstorming tool and also to track ideas and gather feedback.
  • Brainstorming board.
  • Flexible environment for tracking ideas.
  • Usage of data in external tools.
  • Support for turning ideas into task or work items (with due dates).
  • Improved our productivity during strategic discussions.
  • Improved tracking “big ideas” across global offices.
The web app is nicely implemented, but I would have preferred native Mac / Windows apps for the PC. The apps that are there, seem to just be web pages wrapped in an app.
We didn’t integrate to other tools yet.
Provided a virtual whiteboard for our global dialogue.

Miro is very different from other tools in this space. It has a unique approach to the problems it tried to solve.
It’s great for driving strategic discussions and covering broad topics. I would not use it as a replacement for a task manager or a project planning tool.
