Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Since the whole development team is working fully remote, Miro helps us to collaborate with Workshops, Planning, and Decision making. It's a great way to bring a remote Team together and it makes it easy for everyone to make adjustments or add their own ideas like on a Whiteboard.
  • Performance
  • Accessibility
  • Easy to use
  • Export to PowerPoint.
  • Buttons / Interactive voting.
  • Better data visualization.
  • For dot vote, element counting areas to view the result.
  • Easier decision making
  • Improved collaboration
It's easily accepted by all the clients I tried to use Miro. I rarely had issues that a new user couldn't use the platform or had issues accessing the board. The only issue was that users changed elements from other uses or an object got lost in the background.
As noted in the last question Miro was always well accepted by my clients and I never had any issues that a client wasn't able to access the board or use the tool.
We started a new project at the end of 2020 with a new Team and Miro helped us to come together quickly and it made it very easy for us to work on the initial Architectural decisions. Onward, Miro has been used for lots of scrum-related meetings and to work on new features.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I used a few other products like Deon, Microsoft Whiteboard, and the Confluence Whiteboard, and in most cases, Miro was easier to use, and didn't require any additional installation or perpetration.
Miro is great for Workshops and I have used it many times when I was not sure which tools the client is using. It's especially helpful because there is no need to create an account, so there is no preparation needed for a new customer. On the other hand, I would always prefer a normal Whiteboard when I have the option.
