My organization uses Miro for collaboration in various ways. It has been particularly helpful for cross-functional collaboration to help teams from different groups see eye-to-eye.

Miro was super easy to implement because it is so user friendly. I highly recommend requiring new users to take Miro's how-to trainings to get everyone up to speed as easily as possible.
Super easy to learn, easy to use, and they have good online resources for showing new users how to do different things.
Our collaboration on Miro is better than it was in person! Because now, we have a better tool to help both those who are visual and non-visual communicators. Helps our team see eye-to-eye with less confusion.

For my team, we use it to create storyboards for content creation. Helpful collaboration tool for feedback and content edits. There are design limits with it, but we import images and then are able to write feedback for our designers and copywriters all in one place and be able to be more specific than just talking about it. Our team also uses this tool for teaching live courses of our content. Some people like it better than a powerpoint/keynote deck because you can create interactive live activities and polls.
