Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for virtual team collaboration, for example as a platform to capture ideas during brainstorming workshops. We also use it to create diagrams to communicate with internal teams and external clients. As an example, we may use it to sketch out draft diagrams of processes and models. The most valuable aspects of Miro are its intuitive interface, easy sharing, and interactive and collaborative features.

I was not responsible for the implementation of Miro. Sometimes the login process can be confusing (personal vs corporate login).
It is relatively easy to share and access.
It has helped our international team share ideas and work collaboratively, especially during the pandemic when almost everything has been virtual.
