Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro regularly. In most cases, for user experience dynamics (Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean Inception, etc.), to map and design users journey, Scrum activities, daily plannings, and others. Miro helps us a lot when we want the team to collaborate on some specific issues. Like voting for decision-making, more relaxed meetings, etc.
  • Interaction between participants
  • Maps and workflows
  • Sharing content
  • I believe that the usability of some tools could be improved
  • improved productivity, for sure
  • quicker return on feedbacks and decision making on projects
  • More group interactions
I think the platform is a little pricey, to be honest.
I haven't had many cases of integration, but all of them so far have been very satisfactory.
For sure, yes!!! I believe that this is the main factor behind the platform's success.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Again, it is easy to use, even for first-time users, because of the total interactivity between participants and because it delivers what it promises.
Figma, FigJam, MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
I believe that Miro is one of the best collaborative tools on the market. Easy to use and easy to integrate participants who have never used the tool. Especially for the simplicity and ease of use. However, for more elaborate designs and with a higher level of graphic resources, it falls short in relation to other competitors or similar ones.
