We use Miro mostly for project management and training sessions. Working remotely, it's very useful to collaborate with colleagues from all over the world at the same time.

You should encourage your team to use it as much as possible.

Due to the Covid crisis, international teams were not able to meet in person to work on their project. Miro is a very convenient tool that helped us work on the different time frames, different countries, and being able of seeing what the other did while we were working on other subjects.
