Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has been a great tool for brainstorming - visualizing ideas on a digital space to ensure that everyone is on the same page, able to share their thoughts, make improvements to ideas, and/or even come out with even more amazing ideas. What's great? Collaboration can happen anytime, anywhere, and on multiple platforms.
  • Visualized big ideas
  • Brainstorming
  • Voting and sharing improvement opportunities
  • More Miro tips and tricks
  • Improve user experience - less lag and smoother transition when using the app/browser Miro
  • Quicker turn-around for discussion
There seems to be a gap in terms of how to use Miro for a lot of my colleagues in the company. We do wish there was a crash course and an advanced session provided to kickstart our team members on how to better utilize this amazing tool! With such an innovative tool the possibilities can be endless or as good as how competent the users are.
It works well on the web browser. However, the desktop app might have been blocked by our internal IT settings or not integrated with our company system. The same issue happens when our team tried to use it on MS Team - it just doesn't work or work well, resulting in sighs and disappointment to an exciting expectation of using something innovative.
Yes! Most definitely has helped in bridging the gap that was created due to location restrictions and/or COVID restrictions.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great to be used with a mouse and keyboard. When it comes to drawing out ideas, our users tend to use Microsoft Whiteboard because it is easier to draw than to type at most times during our discussions, especially when using touchscreen devices, e.g. digital whiteboard and Surface tablets. We do love how interactive Miro can be when it comes to getting more out of our meeting participants - keep that up!
