Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Our team uses Miro during our marketing campaign development phase. It has proven to be beneficial for us, especially in a time when teams are dispersed and challenged with collaborating virtually, in allowing the various team members to ideate in a creative manner. In turn, those boards are an integral resource when shifting from concept to execution for us.
- Built in functionality: i.e. TO DO LISTS
- Templatization: repeatable boards can be easily created
- Emoji engagement: simple means for team engagement/approval without 'another email'
- Template Library: appreciate the vast 'out of the box' offerings which offer up add'l ideas of how to leverage the tool in daily tasks
- Integration with Smartsheet (not just JIRA) without custom development
- Attachment capabilities: Maybe this exists already and I'm not aware
- Improved collaboration: move away from shared .ppt to real-time more visual collaboration and 'noodling' of ideas.
- Templatization for repeatable tasks for campaign planning has reduced cycles spent on recreation
- Still requires an additional step to migrate ideas to action in our project mgmt tool: Smartsheet. This has been a neutral impact as we've not gained any proficiency in this regard.
A+ Global org with teams dispersed across multiple offices.

More users were familiar with Miro here and I love the user-friendly interface. As the PMO office lead, I ultimately am looking for tools that enhance our program management tool of record: Smartsheet. I still prefer some of the Lucidchart features but hope that Miro will expand in the near future, in turn making themselves the front leader.
