Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used in Kaluza to:
  • Conduct workshops.
  • Create service maps.
  • Onboard new joiners to a team.
  • Team documentation.
  • Brainstorm problems.
  • Voting.
  • Templates.
  • Bring everyone to me.
  • Facilitator shortcuts.
  • Being able to share a Miro link in presentation mode.
  • If I select a bunch of cards, I'd like to be able to clear the text on those cards.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved understanding by having something visual to present.
Miro is embedded into Confluence and this was easy and straightforward.
Since the pandemic, Kaluza was been mainly a remote company, and as such, Miro has been great to bring teams together to collaborate.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

MURAL is tricky to use and not easy to follow, i.e. not intuitive.
Miro is well suited to:
  • Workshops.
  • Brainstorming problems.
  • Retrospectives.
  • Creating slides for meetings.
Less so:
  • Documentation.
