Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro in my organization to facilitate group meetings, ensuring that everyone has an equal chance to participate. I also use it to externalize and visualize research plans and roadmaps so I can share them with stakeholders for review. Miro helps ensure I get higher quality input as we're all looking at the same thing in a way that is easy to understand.

Yes, Miro has been widely adopted within my organization over the last three years. At previous organizations I used competitor tools that were significantly more frustrating to use. With Miro, people will casually pull it up during a meeting to make notes or share a point that is better to help people understand through visualization.

Miro is head and shoulders above the competition.
Miro is awesome for group collaboration, especially when some people are remote. It's easy for new folks to learn and collaborate. I like to use it for visualizing processes, roadmaps and other plans. It's also fantastic for affinitizing feedback and analyzing the notes taken by different team members watching user interviews. You can run a really cool debrief session with stakeholders this way and get a head start on reporting!
