Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is excellent in collaboration amongst the team. Starting with a blank slate, we are able to quickly leverage the plethora of features available to suit our needs. The learning curve has been small and full licenses are not necessary in all cases. It can be used for tracking backlog (using kanban board), brainstorming (with frames, stickies, etc), you can even play around with different ways of presenting the information. This has been very helpful to use for internal teams as well as with clients. I can't speak to the integration with other tools as have not leveraged that capability.

- Ability to add "Team Members", not just Assignee, when multiple people are tasked with item
- Ability to 'tag' others
- Easy way to copy from one board to another

Miro has allowed our globally disperse team to work collaboratively either in a group meeting, or even as we individually find time. The capabilities have in some cases replaced face to face whiteboarding sessions with our clients.
