Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As a facilitator and process designer, I use Miro for just about everything! From being the dropzone for all my background info to the place where the facilitation takes place, I love the way I can use Miro to be the spot where I think and plan to the interactive workspace where my clients make important decisions.
- Flexible and creative - I make all the workspaces I use with clients
- Plays well with others - many other tools or programs integrate with Miro
- Videos, pdfs, whatever it is, I can upload to Miro rather than store elsewhere
- Would love to see the table feature function a little better
- Excel integration - works one way but not the other
- Makes me look good because I can make great boards and graphics
- Clients can access the boards after we work together and have a living space where they can continue to work
- Easy to use improves my efficiency
I have clients all over the USA now where before Miro (and pre-pandemic) I worked only locally.
