- Positive impact - easy task delegation.
- Negative impact - rather expensive when need to add more users.

monday.com is used as a common platform to enable the sharing of information. It is used across the organization and is greatly efficient in terms of communication. The best thing with monday.com is the continuous updates within the software and notifications, as well as the email updates. Since our business promotes remote working as well as working at the office, it proves to be a great tool for addressing issues.
- Communication made easier as there is constant notifications via email and the platform itself.
- Flow of work made easy.
- Easiest way to communicate as we work from home and at the office.
- Great classification of subjects.
- Some automations - like scheduling pulses with their information.
- Badly need private chats - It is best to put private chats on monday.com as sometimes, you wish to inform a colleague in private that an error has been caused, instead of telling him in from of everyone.
- Much more customizable options.
It has greatly helped me and my team to collaborate on projects which would have cost us enormous time and resources where monday.com came as a huge aid for task delegation.
