Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • monday.com is like an assistant who helps run the day to day admin of running jobs. If I was to employ someone to do this, it would cost me £15,000 per year for a part time staff member, monday.com costs hundreds not thousands. Enough said.
  • monday.com helps me to be more efficient and remember things that I might otherwise forget! This in turn helps me help our clients.
  • The forms and automations keep my clients happy as they feel informed at all times of progress on their jobs.
monday.com is used in our company as a project management tool. We use it to run our jobs for clients, update each other on progress and keep everything about the job in one place. It provides us with a clear picture of where we are with everything without having to create spreadsheets, send emails etc. The other amazing feature is the automation. I have saved many hours of work by using automation to notify people of work coming in, move items to different groups saving me doing this and also I have developed a form for our clients to complete so that they can simply book new jobs into our studio without sending an email. This then automatically tells my staff that they need to action the job. The staff can click a button which tells the client that the job is complete. Brilliant!

  • Education and communication is also great.
  • I would like the ability for clients who do not share a board with us to email and cc in the pulse (job) so that it automatically updates. I do not wish to share our boards with the clients as there is private internal information on these boards.
  • I would love this to work with QuickBooks for invoicing purposes.
There is always room for improvement with everything. I would like to see a better email integration with outsiders, I would also like to see integration with QuickBooks.
They are always very helpful and friendly. There are also a good few videos to help you. My only reason for not giving 10 is that there is often many different people who handle your enquiry as this is sometimes frustrating.
monday.com is pretty good on uptime. I have experienced a few times when it has glitches or downtime but this is not really ever a problem for me.

The platform is really well suited to pretty much any scenario. I use this for business and also my personal life. It helps keep thoughts and ideas in one place, personal to dos, planning and budgeting all together. I actually cannot think of anything where this would not be of use.
