We use monday.com daily and throughout all persons in our organization. With so many client projects going on at once, monday.com gives me a bird's-eye view over everything, helping me to see the in-progress status of our clients' work and where/when people may be stuck. Plus, it helps our team members see what is on their plate daily, weekly, and monthly.
