Return on Investment

As a user and employee, the ROI for me has been significant from the ease of use to functionality, to keeping on task and allowing me to track multiple projects and tasks. Constantly try to get other members of the organization to leverage the tool.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I currently utilize [monday.com] to manage projects, create tracking boards, and for cross-department collaboration.

Pros and Cons

Ease of use, the UI and tools available to create workspaces [are] intuitive and user friendly.
Tracking, reminders, and automation are made easy [to] create efficiency and holds accountability to stay on track.
Dashboards make visualization and synopsis of data easy to use to [narrate] your point or trends.

For the moment for the capacity that I use it, I have not found a weakness or features that can be added or improved on.

Usability

I have [utilized] the different templates and workspaces and have made my work easier, but there is always room for improvement.

Have reached out twice the rate of response was a bit slow, and the level of support was [subpar] where they did not solve my challenge and had to result in spending a substantial time trying to figure it out on my own.

Reliability & Availability

During the time I have been using it I have not yet experienced [any] interruptions or downtime.
