Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Saves a lot of time.
  • Automations allow for very easy setup for new client files.
As an individual contractor, monday.com is used by the organization I'm contracted with to keep up with client leads and client care throughout our many departments. It allows us to all be on the same page with individual clients because our clients are cared for by several different providers. monday.com allows us to have all the notes about client care and to see all of the services a client is receiving quickly and easily and allows us to community across teams.
  • Quick and easy status updates.
  • Can link a single client across several boards.
  • Forms integration helps keep things simple and all in one place.
  • Would love a better calendar integration so that there can be a single calendar across all workspaces.
  • The phone app isn't as seamless as the desktop app. Would like to be able to access information at the top of each board while in phone app.
monday.com has fairly usable services for those not well-trained on the platform, but in my opinion those services only scratch the surface. To get more out of monday.com, I believe users should have more training as it's not all intuitive.
monday.com has been very quick to respond in the past, although some issues were not easily "fixed."
Features usually work as described and are reliable. This has made process management much more streamlined. After a short transitionary period, I feel confident that I don't miss crucial information and that our automations have things running well.

monday.com is well suited for process management and keeping up with client deliverables across many different departments. It is less suited for being a way to communicate quickly with other team members regarding pieces of client care. Perhaps monday.com could also create a fast-paced messaging app within the monday.com interface (similar to Group Me or WhatsApp) for quick, less formal, communication within the team.
