Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Ability to better organize data.
  • Centralization of business processes.
  • Easy user onboarding.
We are using monday.com across our entire organization.
  • Creating new tables to capture data.
  • Creating new fields.
  • Changing the status of records.
  • Has a limitation on the number of columns a user can import to via .csv
  • No ability to merge duplicate records on .csv import.
  • Limitation on the number of records a company can house.
The templates make building a solution very easy.
We have had no issues with support.
We have never had an issue with monday.com's performance or uptime.
